Peacock

Hiding in the bushes at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo. I can't help but photograph the beautiful blue on these birds.

"Too much tail. All that jewelry weighs it down. Like vanity. Can’t nobody fly with all that [stuff]. Wanna fly, you got to give up the [stuff] that weighs you down."

    Scott…you missed the memo…
They are nao called "sparkle chikkins".

  2. Or murderchikkins if, like me, you do not like them.

Never trust the murderchikken, for tho they are lovely they also have eyes on their tails and screams like those of lost children. They will wake you in the night like small girls yelling for help from nearby, or worse, haunt your dreams with their terror-filled wailing. Then they will aggressively stare at you and fan their horrible feathers in the daytime, claiming parts of a PUBLIC sidewalk as their territory. That's not your sidewalk, murderchikken…it's everyone's sidewalk. Stop screaming! STOP!

(I suffer from PTMSD Post Traumatic Murderchikken Stress Disorder).

  6. Bruce Shark says:

Having toddlers/children is like living with a bunch of little drunks….
….they wet themselves, you gotta close windows or they topple out, they yell, scream, cry, laugh randomly, they are frequently are combative.
