This goes along with my prior post. The images came about because I was playing while shaving. I was making an arbitrary choice to go clean shaven for a bit instead of bearded. The words came about because I was playing with the image while editing. I put my index finger in front of me covering the vertical line, closed one eye, then opened it while closing the other so my view alternated sides. In each half I saw a familiar but different stranger, each with different thoughts, and wondered about what others see and what I see in others. Most likely none of this would have been created if I had not decided to shave; to purchase markers for my daughter which were available to draw on myself; and to explore and share on social media. So many choices and outcomes.
