I had not gone into Angry Birds in quite a while. Talking to Dustin today, he asked if I still had top score on the first board. Yes. Yes, I do. What's funny to me is that not only do I know Dustin at number four, but my personal friend +Rhonda Stewart edged him out and is number three! I am not sure what this says socially about us. 😉

I do not know +Melissa Fisher, but she almost dethroned me! Nice! +Keith Cramer just disappeared.

+Keith Cramer and I are in a Star Wars costume contest initiated by +Halfdan Reschat. By April 1st, we have to have our costumes ready for judging. Loser dresses as Princess Leia, in her slave girl costume, in a public hangout. Links to related posts are below if you want to read more.

I have officially started construction on C3PO. I figure it's key to get the breast and back plate looking right. I am using a metal mesh (diamond metal lath) for rigidity. I really should wear some gloves cutting this stuff. Ouch. I have no patterns so I am winging it. I have scratches all over, especially after I ditched the shirt when it kept catching and the sleeves kept getting in the way. Let's just say I should have gotten some pasties or something…

I saw someone do something similar online and they used a .3mm polystyrene sheet for covering the metal lath. I have not found one of those locally yet. Cost is a factor so I have to keep it low. The metal lath sheet cost me about $8 and some change. Ideas appreciated! ;)

FACEBOOK INTERVENTION
The below circle is an eclectic group of active, and interactive, Plussers. Maybe intuitive. Maybe not. I have used the "Remember" circle suggestion, but I think I'm going to try the "Read It Later" extension. My other method is opening everything in a new tab until my computer crashes. Erk. :-/

5 Ways to Save Google Plus Posts for Later Reading

While you're browsing Google+ on your computer, you may come across a post which you might want to read or share later. There are a few ways you can do this using Chrome Extensions and other service tools. There are likely to be similar methods to use the same services in Firefox or IE.

1. Read It Later – Service, Chrome Extension + Mobile App
This is my personal favourite because it syncronises with the ReadItLater service across my desktops (Chrome) and all my devices and now has over 300 apps.

2. Evernote – Sharing to an Evernote Circle
I learned this technique from +Chase Mann in the early days of G+ and I was already an Evernote user. 3. Favorite Posts for Google+
This is a Chrome Extension that adds a favorite star to each post in a G+ stream, just click the star to add the post to your G+ Favorites. To access the full listing, a Favorites menu link has been added to the left sidebar to access your list of favorite posts.

4. ReadLaterFast Chrome Extension

5. Share to Empty Circle
If you create a circle without adding any users to it, you can also share posts to this circle to save for later. You would still have access to the circle from your mobile apps if they are configured to display this circle.
