Not sure why I set this aside to look deeper, but I did. In the image, the lullaby tells the baby, "Hush, little baby, go to sleep; do not cry, or the naked bear will eat you." I found someone else who looked into this deeper and they came up with an alternative translation, "Hush baby, sleep, don't cry, or perhaps a bear will eat you."

Conclusion. Naked bears are funnier. It is still inconclusive whether naked or regular bears make babies go to sleep faster.

I finally got around to watching this. Built for $1400 USD with commercially available parts. Just a hunch, but I bet the plans are going to cost a lot more so probably not available at the local hobby shop just yet!

Anyone else want to play with one of these? I'll decorate mine like the Death Star and hover it outside people's windows. 😉

I am working with someone who has a preexisting company logo he likes to use on equipment, brochures, business cards, etc. I would like to give him some outside opinions on the image. The company is a fundraising business and specializes in frozen foods. I don't want to bias anyone with any more information than that. Your honest comments are extremely appreciated.

Any other Walking Dead fans on Comcast Cable getting a slight problem with audio slightly off-sync with video? I watched this week's episode originally on Comcast's DVR, but double-checked and got the same results on my TiVo HD recording. I experienced the same thing last week. The audio is the slightest bit off; not like bad Japanese movie dub, but enough to be annoying. I have not been able to catch the show live the last two weeks so I don't know if it's actually airing this way but it seems odd that two different DVR's at different residences would be recording it like that. Thanks for any commentary.

What's a soldier, or anyone to do? I think in this country we are so insulated from the confusing messages we send to the rest of the world, let alone our own people. We preach equality and democracy all over the globe; sometimes with bloody force. Here at home? Oh, well, we're capitalists and it'll all work out, 'ya know? In other countries, the leaders who abuse their people are tyrants and need taken down. In our country, the leaders who abuse their people are success stories who hide behind their political careers and successful companies. What happens to them? They get re-elected and they get richer.
