Ah, cleaning up some folders on the laptop. Apparently last December, this cracked me up. Heh… kinda still does. 😉

I pass by this little car lot in town every week or two. I like to imagine it as a car crematorium. 😉

Saw this on the interwebs a few minutes ago. But, c'mon, you know Han is rocking out a rooted Android. It must have been Luke's. 😉

After killing the giant blow-up Rudolph at Walmart (http://goo.gl/kJpX6), the girls and I stopped running over in the toy department. We spotted an epic battle between The Lizard and Spider-Man.
Perhaps we should have donned the masks FIRST, before the whole Rudolph crashing into the ground fiasco… 😉

Those were the words my daughter, the videographer, led with earlier tonight when we killed Rudolph at Walmart.
It all started innocently enough, as these things do. I told my daughter and her friend to stand by the giant blow up Rudolph so I could take a picture. Afterwords, I thought, perhaps we could pick up one of the giant reindeer feet and maybe one of the girls could lay down underneath. You know, "daughter and friend got run over by a reindeer" shot. That's when things went awry… Moving the leg too far caused a deflation effect. I tried to prop Rudolph up but he kept coming down on my head. Daughter's friend tried to help and my daughter, with instincts just like mine, said, "I'm going to videotape this!"
Suffice to say, the last words of this video are me, spoken over a shaky video of running feet, saying, "Let's go! Let's go… We just killed Rudolph!"

+Basil Doeringsfeld is the man. This video he made for his wife is truly amazing. Of course… come Valentine's Day, he's got a lot to top!

My wife and I have had a pretty great time together, and I've managed to take quite a few pictures of her during the process. So I thought I'd put them in one place, all 2,300 of them!

I have been involved in many a #dropbear conversation incriminating +Mellie B and her secret Canadian facility or +Mz Maau and her alien agenda, including suspected #dropbear use and other genetically weaponized critters. However, apparently we are missing +Allen Simpson indoctrinating a world wide army of cats. Peek around #caturday and you will find proof like this. It's like the third week running a photo has leaked from his global syndicate. Hm. Syn-di-CAT-e. Insidious!

I think he'd have been better off getting caught with his pants down literally. American "moochers" love a good scandal over being insulted.

Romney's video proves to be a corollary to columnist Michael Kinsley's famous dictum that in politics, the biggest scandals arise when people say the most obviously true but usually unspoken things.

This is the patented, all rights reserved, copyrighted (intellectual and otherwise), tongue-in-cheek Monkey Walk by brother +Keith Cramer! Enjoy.
Background: Last weekend, there was a birthday dinner for +Charles Samples (Happy 41st!) where his family, Keith and family and +Kristi Fahlsing and I attended. We talked Keith into doing the Monkey Walk in the restaurant on the way out, which he did, much to the hilarity of several tables of people. However, nobody had their cameras out! So, we convinced him to do it again in the parking lot. My camera crashed but Kristi captured the video. 🙂
Please leave any comments on Kristi's original post.

I saw a couple of posts recently featuring splatter art renditions of Avengers characters. I went searching for the artist and found Melissa Smith. I had not seen this image of Spidey yet, so I'll post it and add links to the other images. Look close – I love the spider images in this one. Enjoy! 😉
Thanks +Robert Bowling and +Sarah Rios for posting other images recently. 🙂

Google image search won't help you here, folks. What am I? Answer to be revealed sometime later today. First correct guess and most creative guess both receive a silly Photoshop mash-up. 😉

+Mark Smith put together an eclectic bunch and looks like he put some thought into it, so definitely worth a peek. About half of the people in this circle were already in my circles and I enjoy their content. The other half I either recognize from comments on other posts or are new to me. With the manageable size of the circle and the percentage of awesome that is already in it, I added the whole lot without too much worry of vetting further. Disclaimer, I am in the circle. So, here's a lesson folks, bribery totally works. 😉

Strive to be different, right? 🙂Â
Really though, this is a mixed circle of people from foodies to photographers, from writers to artists, techies to bloggers and much much more. The one thing that every one of these people have in common is that they all contribute to an awesome G+ experience. Take a look through, and I bet you'll find some great content you enjoy. If you received a notification, you're in this circle.Â

Well, here is my first attempt at making cake in an eggshell. I saw the post on +Keith Cramer's stream and wanted to beat him to it thought it looked fun. Overall, there are some tweaks to make to the process. Do not overfill the eggshells (see pics). Also, I need a better recipe to use for the cake batter than the one on Keith's post, which used a variation of pancake batter. This, even with the addition of melted dark chocolate chips, was very bland. Thanks to +Kristi Fahlsing for the suggestion of the funnel. 😉

So, I was arguing the other day with a granite cornerstone of an oppressively large old building. Inside was a time capsule filled with dusty ideas and dated pictures of life. Try as I might to get this pillar of the community to allow me to add some new material, there was no give. The weight of all the carved and set stones of the structure above served well to strengthen the cornerstone. In the end I walked away unsuccessful and with a hoarse voice, the cornerstone resolute and unyielding. Time and change, however, are inescapable, even to cornerstones and the structures they prop up. Tiny cracks will expand and bricks will eventually fall, until one day the building will crumble, opening up that cornerstone to a new age.
