I haven't (officially) done tech support in forever, but my mother regularly does things like switching her PC display to landscape by accident. Seriously, how on God's green Earth do you accidentally switch your display to landscape?

+Patty Rose, I had a remote user switch his display to upside down. Sigh. Same guy also tried to hook up a second monitor by daisy chaining a USB cable from monitor to monitor. Oy.
