Importance of Vacations
I hear people rationalizing the all too short vacations they do take, or lamenting the fact they have not had one at all.
For myself, other than periods where I work shorter hour days, I have only taken maybe two consecutive weekdays off inconsistently over the past ten to fifteen years (at least). Actually writing it down is very sobering.
I'm a techie at heart. Imagine running the same Windows operating system for 15+ years (other techs please suspend belief for the sake of the analogy) without reinstalling or doing any major system maintainence.
Travel agent, please?
