Box truck broken. One pallet needed from off-site to fulfill order. Logical thing is take +Keith Cramer and +Scott Cramer vehicles to large cold storage facility and load them Apollo capsule tight with cases of frozen burritos and mini tacos. Ah, the aroma of damp cardboard and thawing Mexican food.

This was actually after we used the forklift to pull the box truck forward from it's parking space so we could try to jump-start it's dead battery. One of the warehouse guys left the jumper cables attached when we tried to stretch them to the car, though, and pulling the truck forward, it caught under the tire and we ripped off the negative gator clip. Oops. Reminder to self, buy new cables for Maria in the packing room. Clamped on the bare wires and proceeded to try the jump-start but it would barely turn over and we were running out of time before offsite facility was closing for the day. Plan B. Gypsy caravan. 😉

Now back to laptop Windows 7 rebuild. And G+. Of course.

Fall's BIGGEST rating! I meant to post this earlier in the week after watching The Walking Dead premiere. Loved it! And this picture of Maggie is fierce. Better watch out Glenn! 😉

The third season premiere of a basic cable zombie drama just delivered a bigger rating in the adult demo than any entertainment series this fall — including all broadcast shows.

And AMC accomplished this rating with an extra disadvantage — not having one of its major distributors, Dish Network, on board due to its carriage contract dispute (imagine how many more viewers the episode might have had with Dish). And of course that’s aside from AMC’s other major disadvantage of being a cable network that’s only in a fraction of U.S. households compared to the Big Four broadcasters.
