		<description>I don't even understand the purpose of the act. Seems like the law should be revoked, I'm not sure that it does any good anyway.

The only way you can protect children from the internet is to remove all offensive content from the internet. I don't see that happening, and I don't agree with that happening.

Maybe a different law should be created that doesn't allow google, yahoo, msn, aol, etc, to collect this much personal information.</description>

To make it bad -- how much info do you give for any loan or anything else.  The government trying to protect us all by seizing info that is irrelevent is like I have said before -- US becoming the new USSR.  Too bad when you emulate what you learn to hate.</description>
