		<description>Dave - I didn't know that. It sounds much cooler in a Reservoir Dogs kind of way. I havn't liked Best Buy's implementation. It's the same "Best Buy blue shirts" helping you just dressed differently. At my Best Buy - not friendly, either. Mr Blonde in the warehouse would probably be easier to get along with. ;-)</description>

		<description>Actually, the Geek Squad used to be cool... it was a small indie company of actual geeks, that all dressed alike and only went by "agent" names. They did such a great job, they weren't able to grow fast enough--hence the Best Buy deal. Now they suck. Go figure.</description>
