As an experiment, and out of pure curiousity, I tried a double cheeseburger and fries from McDonalds the other day… after about 6 years of staying away from fast food and about 3 years of staying away from most beef products.
To make it a fair test, I ate the entirety of the burger and the fries. I have to say my conclusion is that I will continue to not eat beef or fast food…
The feelings my body felt afterwords was not pleasant – my stomach was becoming upset and my energy level was immediately affected. My taste-buds were pickled in the taste of cheap american cheese and what reminded me of popcorn salt.
You don't have to cut burgers out of your diet…. Just the cheap ones that are pumped with sugar and preservatives and sold for less than you would pay for a raffle ticket.
That is so funny!!!
Thanks for the apple +Dustin Cochran. 🙂
Yeah… because apples totally cancel everything else out! Right? Right?! 😉
an apple a day……
+ed chism makes you sick of apples? 😉
lolÂ
i am stuck at work and craving a gyro but would settle for an apple. Â coffee and ice water is not filling up my stomach, just my bladder.Â
That's a well balanced meal.
+Claudio Ibarra Balanced… I see what you did there! 😉
You gonna eat all those sesame seeds?Â
