Jumping on the #myhandwriting hashtag bandwagon.
I thought this was interesting when I saw it posted by +Nikki C. I decided to also post cursive with mine, though more often than not I just use printed letters.
Her post read:
+Mathew Hanley got the idea from Bic's universal typeface experiment.
What does your handwriting look like?
Write the sentence below and share with the hashtag
#myhandwriting
Are you left or right handed?
"Hello world.
This is an example of my handwriting."

This is fab, thanks for taking part.
I regret it now, the majority of people seem to have such fancy handwriting vs my spider scrawl. Lovely +Scott Cramer

+Mathew Hanley When I'm in a hurry or tired… well, all bets are off. 😉
Great project. Feel free to tag me in anytime on this kind of stuff. Kudos, sir!
+Sy Bernot, Thanks for the link. I just participated.
HOWEVER, drawing characters on a mobile device is not the same as writing them pen/pencil to paper, so I find the experiment truly flawed. Still, points for still being interesting.
Yeah, I tried to write it like I would with a pen. But its not the same. I think I did it wrong. 😛
Neat project though. I found it interesting that Spain was the only one where enough of the sample wrote a "Z" with the cross bar on it.
The hand written word is rapidly becoming a dinosaur. Kudos on your fine penmanship, I find it a chore to scribble out a check now a days.
I once had to take a handwriting analysis as part of an interview for a job (bogus and turned out to be a TERRIBLE job). The sample of handwriting I gave them questioned the validity of a handwriting test in an age where so much is done electronically and the hand written word has deteriorated. Why they hired me, I will never know (and lament the fact that they did).
Oh, yeah, and I would love to participate in this hash tag, but my phones camera doesn't focus on close up things. Which is weird, because my wife's identical phone does.
Handwriting analysis (and its sibling signature analysis) make for a very cool party game.
You'd be surprised how many people look for a personality analysis from me, despite my insisting it is not to be taken seriously.

Handwriting analysis = akin to astrology.
